Smart Colloidal Silver is the real colloidal silver with the highest concentration of the smallest silver nanoparticles for longer lasting effectiveness against microbes. They’re suspended by mutual electrical repulsion in very pure steam distilled water. The yellow color indicates much smaller, more effective nanoparticles which more easily flush out than amber to brown. Clear products with few or no nanoparticles are predominantly or entirely silver ions, known as ionic silver, which quickly react and stop killing microbes (bacteria, virus and fungus) upon contact with salt. Products claiming to be “colloidal silver” with 50ppm or higher contain contaminates other than just silver and very pure water.
Smart Colloidal Silver is in a PETE (non-BPA) bottle which won’t interact with silver particles, unlike other plastics and glass.
If you would like to spray the product, as a separate item we offer an optional all-plastic 3-position sprayer top. There is no metal spring contacting the colloidal silver to contaminate or diminish it. The top can be moved to a new bottle without contaminating it by following the precautions referenced on the bottle.
Consider purchasing two bottles, one with a spray top, for easier and more efficient use in a wider range of applications.
Smart Colloidal Silver contains no added polymers, proteins or other added contaminates. Proteins or polymers can actually feed bacteria while isolating the silver for less effectiveness, regardless of a nice color and far higher ppm of silver.
Possible air exposure contamination is why we don’t offer larger containers and instead offer quantity discounts. This protects the portion of the product you haven’t opened yet.

Note: for microbes to be killed they must make direct contact with silver, requiring surfaces to be wetted, or soaked if porous.
