Farm help needed

I’m raising feeder hogs, cattle, chickens and a few sheep on about 60 acres. I am offering a private room and bath, utilities, use of kitchen , laundry included and 1 meal/day included.  I am currently using commercial farming methods with minimal organic pesticides.
$100/week for 40 hrs/week general labor, farm work.
building fence, barns, feeding and caring for livestock. Vegetable gardening. Harvesting and preserving vegetables and livestock.
